My stay was a bit of a mixed bag. While I enjoyed the spacious room and the help from Jay, the check-in process was frustrating with a heavy push towards attending a timeshare presentation. The location is excellent for those wanting to explore Williamsburg, but the parking situation can be a hassle if you return late. I appreciated the recreational activities, but there were definitely some areas needing improvement, especially regarding the internet and amenities during the winter weather.
